Not Everybody
Jeanne D'Arc over at Body and Soul does a fine job of articulating my personal embarassment at the Halle Berry kiss during the Academy Awards. And while I can add nothing to her attempt to explain it to those of you who found it amusing, I can add that this is the sort of thing that women often experience in a common way. We typically don't mention because, although in the majority, our reaction is somehow seen as out of the mainstream. Maybe we should work on that.
