The news tells me that by a single vote the Senate voted to cut The Chimp's proposed tax cut in half. Some of the good guys seem to be rejoicing as if Robert Reich had been nominated to become one of the Supremes. Why then do I feel like Oliver Twist holding up his empty gruel bowl saying "Please sir, I want some more"?
