Carl Cameron, Fox News Chief Political Correspondent is on C-SPAN this morning, hawking their "fair and balanced" "independence". The majority of phone-in folks are fawning over him as if he discovered a cure for cancer. I don't know if there is an organized campaign or if Fox viewers just love to call in, but it is quite repulsive.

He has taken the time to speculate on Condileeza Rice's possible Gubernatorial run in California and Arnold Schwartznegger's possible run for Senate against Barbara Boxer next year. He mentioned that when in Washington Mr. Schwartznegger went to visit the Democratic Leadership Council. Mr. Cameron speculates that Mr. Schwartznegger is "playing both ends against the middle." For Mr. Cameron's sake, I hope Mr. Schwartznegger doesn't take offense at what I perceive as an insult.
