Nina Simone
died in her sleep today at her home in the south of France. If you don't know her, this would be a good time to learn about her beautiful voice and her music that served to accompany much of the civil rights movement.

I am going to mourn the loss of another great one now. Later I will wonder where we are to find the next generation.
