Surely by now you have heard about the 58 Texas legislators who have fled the state to avoid a quorum call and debate on (largely) redistricting. In an effort to force their presence on the floor the Texas Department of Public Safety (I assume this is the pretentious name of the police force.) is asking for help retrieving them.

Comes my hero, General Madrid. After explaining that she has no authority to arrest those who fled she added ''Nevertheless, I have put out an all-points bulletin for law enforcement to be on the lookout for politicians in favor of health care for the needy and against tax cuts for the wealthy."
