Bush Declares Victory (Again)
He has to keep telling us he won. Today a speech about small business he announced "And this is for certain: Saddam Hussein is no longer a threat to the United States and our friends and allies."

I happened to notice his intensity as I walked past a TV tuned to CNN and that weird look he gets when he wants to be taken seriously attracted my attention. He said "Saddam Hussein was a threat to America and the free world in '91, '98, in 2003," Good thing Our President was appointed and in office or who knows what those libruls might have done.

You know, he's seeming kind of desperate for a guy who still has a favorable rating in the upper 50s someplace. Oh yeah, that's down from the 70s, isn't it?
