The Unemployment Rate
at a 9 year high .. 6.4%. There are some ugly ugly numbers if you look at the subgroups.

How can we understand this given the repeated tax cuts? The cuts weren't deep enough? They weren't sufficiently targeted at the upper 3% of taxpayers?

Wait, wait. I know. It is Clinton's fault. Bush inherited this terrible economy. What can he do? Why are we blaming this on him? Isn't this just what happened to Poppy?

I sure hope so.
