It's like a bus-load of zombies tipped over on the expressway, and they're now just sort of wandering around aimlessly looking for something to jump on in pursuit of some tasty brains. Unfortunately, all their potential targets are in fast-moving cars, and the poor uninformed zombies have been reduced to just bouncing off the windshield as reality passes them by quickly.
Poor zombies...
