Not Three
Tommy Franks who won the Battle of Iraq for our Commander in Chief has decided it is time to retire. I expect he should get himself that think tank job before he gets forgotten or worse, emmeshed in the debate about the reconstruction of Iraq. This retirement, however, doesn't count as the third. After all Dubya doesn't appoint Generals.
